Is everything you make handmade?

We don’t make the sweaters or knit items but all of the detailing that we put on the sweaters or knits is done by hand.

I don’t see a size that I want to order

If you are looking to order something that doesn’t have your size listed please fill out the custom order request form which you can find on the menu or send us an email at embroidery.sisters@yahoo.com. We would be happy to discuss what you are looking for!

What is the return policy?

For the time being, we do not accept any returns or exchanges as everything is custom made to order. If you would like to cancel your order please do so within 2 hours of placing it. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at embroidery.sisters@yahoo.com

Is everything made to order or do you sell things ready to ship?

Most of our items that we sell are custom made to order, meaning we only make it once an order has been placed. However, there are a few items you will find that are ready to ship, meaning they have already been made and will ship within 1-2 business days.

What is your turn-around time frame?

At the moment, all custom made to order items have a turn-around time of 10-14 days once an order is placed. That doesn’t include the shipping time. We always strive to get an order out as fast we can!

Can we order and pick up locally?

Currently we only offer shipping!
